These Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers apply to all offers, programs, and services provided by 8th & Poppy, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any program, purchasing any service, or booking an astrology reading, you agree to these terms in full.
1. General Terms (Applies to All Offers)
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits under any circumstances. Please enroll or book mindfully, understanding that all programs and readings require full commitment from the participant.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. For programs offering third-party financing through Klarna, PayPal, or Affirm, you are responsible for adhering to your financing agreement directly with that provider.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, downloads, and written content are the intellectual property of 8th & Poppy and may not be shared, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
Results Disclaimer
While our programs and readings are designed to provide education and guidance, individual results vary. We do not guarantee business success, income, or certification outcomes.
2. The 8th & Poppy Mentorship Program
This program teaches students how to read astrological charts and build a professional astrology business.
Program Expectations
Students are expected to participate actively, complete assignments, and attend all coaching calls within the schedule provided. Success in the program depends on consistent effort and engagement.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a supportive, professional, and inclusive learning environment. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the 8th & Poppy team. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from programs without refund.
Refunds & Payment
All payments are final and non-refundable. Payment in full is required at enrollment unless financed through a third-party provider. Students are responsible for completing payments regardless of participation level or completion status.
No Guarantees
Enrollment in the mentorship program does not guarantee business results or client outcomes. Your progress depends on your effort, consistency, and willingness to apply the material.
3. The 8th & Poppy Master Certification Program
This certification program is designed for committed students who intend to work professionally as astrologers.
Program Intent
This is a professional training program — not a casual learning experience. It requires focus, accountability, and consistent participation.
Admission & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed for completeness and adherence to the 8th & Poppy method, as taught in The 8th & Poppy Program.
Payment & Financing
Payment is due in full at the time of acceptance. Financing is available through Klarna, PayPal, or Affirm.
Certification Requirements
Admission does not guarantee certification. To earn certification, students must complete all program components within the given timeframe and pass the final exam.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances — including but not limited to failing certification, not booking or attending calls within the required timeframe, or withdrawing from the program for any reason.
4. Astrology Readings
All astrology readings are provided by Certified 8th & Poppy Master Astrologers.
Scheduling & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. Once scheduled, sessions are final. Rescheduling or transferring appointments is not available.
Refund Policy
All readings are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, interpretation, or scheduling conflicts.
